Twins tend to eat more frequently, so it's important to pack plenty of extra milk, bottles, and diapers to keep them happy and comfortable throughout the session. A well-fed baby is a happy, sleepy baby!
Newborns, especially twins, are very intuitive and can sense stress or anxiety. Try to stay relaxed and trust the process. If you’re calm, your babies will be, too!
Newborn sessions with twins take longer than single-baby sessions, and that’s okay! I allow plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and diaper changes, ensuring both babies feel comfortable and secure.
Twins rarely sleep at the same time, and that’s perfectly fine! If one baby is awake, I take beautiful solo portraits of the sleeping twin, then switch once the other drifts off. This way, we maximize our time and capture precious individual moments.
When both babies are asleep, it’s the perfect time to capture heartwarming pictures of twins posed hugging each other or swaddled in beautiful angora wraps. These moments highlight their incredible bond in a natural and timeless way.
